  • How do you know you’re out of balance?

  • “Our behavior is what stimulates our hormones.” -JG

  • “We tend to think other people are just like us. What we have to do is recognize people are different and it’s not our job to determine who they should be. It’s their job to determine who they should be and their right to do that and within their own self look at themselves and go if I’m out of balance let me see, maybe I need to go more over to right, maybe I need to go more over to the left.” -JG

  • “Biologically, when your hormones are out of balance for you, your adrenaline levels will be maintained at a longer period of time and that will then give rise to cortisol levels that will knock down your health and interfere with well-being.” -JG

  • How do you come back into balance?

  • Like knocks us over, how do we keep coming back into balance.

  • Dr. John’s tragic loss and grieving over his beloved wife’s passing last year.

  • MSG - no longer needs to be on labels!! 😡 WHA?

  • Dr. John was a Yogic Monk for 9 years 🧘🏻‍♂️

  • Culture needs to support us in being AUTHENTICALLY who we are.

  • Flow State - when your hormones & consciousness are in balance

  • Orgasms & Enlightened Sex

  • Prioritizing your sex life

  • NOW: It takes the average human longer to mature [then 21 yr old], now around 28 years old

  • “If you’re more connected to spirit, it takes longer for all of your brain to develop because you’ve got more brain power.” -JG

  • Men & pornography // Women & vibrators

  • G Spot & Clitoris 🌸

  • Allergies. Prostate.

  • PUMP THAT PELVIS!! 🕺 YAS!

  • “I don’t make the past sacred. The past has great wisdom, but we also have a present which we have to adapt and apply.” -JG

  • Meditation Technique - Feel your fingertips 🌹

  • “The more spiritual a person is, the more confusing this whole gender thing will be.” -JG

  • Giving permission for desire.

  • Find YOUR OWN unique balance.

  • “The only way we can change our life is when we give up trying to change others and when we feel that need to change other is to change ourself back to wellbeing, open our hearts and give more of what that person really needs and they will have what they need and want to give you more. That’s how you get more from everyone and everything is from giving more from a place of fullness." -JG

  • Menopause & balancing hormones >> RX for women

  • “The secret of aliveness is curiosity and being open to being a good student.” -JG

About Saje:

Saje Dyer is a 29 year-old young woman from South Florida. She is currently living in New York City, having recently graduated from NYU with a master's in psychology. She has published her first book- a children’s book titled “Goodbye Bumps!” that tells the true story of how she was able to heal herself of a physical ailment as a child. Saje often traveled with her Dad, Dr. Wayne Dyer, to tell the story to his audiences and she recently appeared on his PBS special.  She enjoys traveling, learning, and spending time with loved ones. Being the youngest of 8 children, family is and always has been an important part of her life.

Note from Saje:

The experience of losing someone that you love with all of your heart, forces you to see life through a different lens.  For me, I had never lost someone who I was so close to before in my life. So even though I grew up on these concepts and principles such as death does not exist, that there are no coincidences, that our thoughts create our reality, and that communicating with our loved ones who have passed on from this earthly plane is perfectly normal  - for the first time in my life, these concepts applied to me in a big way. Losing my father has been an exciting journey of learning to communicate with him on the other side and it has challenged me think in a different way. I now know without a doubt that death does not exist and that our loved ones never leave us.  I feel obliged and inspired to share what I have learned and continue to learn from this experience with anyone who desires to listen!

About Serena:

Serena Dyer has co-authored a book with her father, Dr. Wayne Dyer, titled Don’t Die With Your Music Still In You about her experience growing up with spiritual parents (released June of 2014). The book is a daughter’s response to her father’s wisdom and provides readers a glimpse into what life was like growing up with seven brothers and sisters -- and Dr. Wayne Dyer as a father.

Serena is a contributor to Huffington Post, Mind Body Green and Positively Positive where she shares stories on varying subjects, including meditation, travel, the spiritual journey and life with her brothers and sisters. She regularly appeared on stage with her father at Hay House events.

She is also a featured speaker at spiritual, motivational and wellness events around the United States. Her subject matter covers a wide range of topics, but she always seeks to share her personal spiritual perspective in a way that encourages introspection and personal growth.

While completing her master’s degree at the University of Miami, Serena was moved by startling statistics concerning the global tragedy of human trafficking. Although most of her work is done privately, Serena does add her voice to raise awareness via the charity Stop Child Trafficking. Serena currently resides in south Florida with her husband Matt and daughters, Sailor and Windsor.
