About Saje:

Saje Dyer is a 29 year-old young woman from South Florida. She is currently living in New York City, having recently graduated from NYU with a master's in psychology. She has published her first book- a children’s book titled “Goodbye Bumps!” that tells the true story of how she was able to heal herself of a physical ailment as a child. Saje often traveled with her Dad, Dr. Wayne Dyer, to tell the story to his audiences and she recently appeared on his PBS special.  She enjoys traveling, learning, and spending time with loved ones. Being the youngest of 8 children, family is and always has been an important part of her life.

Note from Saje:

The experience of losing someone that you love with all of your heart, forces you to see life through a different lens.  For me, I had never lost someone who I was so close to before in my life. So even though I grew up on these concepts and principles such as death does not exist, that there are no coincidences, that our thoughts create our reality, and that communicating with our loved ones who have passed on from this earthly plane is perfectly normal  - for the first time in my life, these concepts applied to me in a big way. Losing my father has been an exciting journey of learning to communicate with him on the other side and it has challenged me think in a different way. I now know without a doubt that death does not exist and that our loved ones never leave us.  I feel obliged and inspired to share what I have learned and continue to learn from this experience with anyone who desires to listen!

EP #76 Emma Mildon

The Millennial Mystic; Soul, Death & Spiritual Guides

This is a really special episode for me and I am incredibly honored to share it with you my friend. I'm *beyond* grateful for my guest, she's truly a beautiful soul. She opened a door for me and gave me a profoundly powerful gift, one that means so much to me.

A little more backstory:

On March 18, 2017, my father-in-law, Michael Mavros, who was like a father to me, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. It was a shock and devastating blow to my family. To add to the emotional fray, we  several other family members and close family friends passed away suddenly. I had never really experienced death at this level before and I was inducted into it quite abruptly. But what I learned was miraculous. I saw the beauty, the spiritual depth and now, I hold so much reverence for this powerful cycle.

My friend, I look forward to sharing more of that with you soon.

Ever since my father-in-law left his physical body, I've been in spiritual communion with him, felt his unconditional love radiating through from behind the veil, visiting us in our dreams as a constant sturdy, yet unseen support. He will leave the family small gifts in random places, drop synchronistic signs and reminds us he is still very present in our lives... minus his physical vessel.

The morning, just before we recorded this episode, I received one of those gifts from him. A message, from the other side, from my father-in-law that still sends chills from the top of my head down to my toes, every time I think about it. A much needed call to action that prior to this day was causing me confusion and feelings of misalignment.

After his message, I was still a bit unclear as to what it meant, but after I shared it with my incredible new friend, who you will meet and love, the miracle opened and expanded. She, an international bestselling author, a deeply connected and beautiful soul, offered me an opportunity that I never expected. And for the rest of the day, miracles continued to fall into my lap.

In Episode #76 on The Jen Mavros Show, we casually and comfortably sit down with girl-next-door, millennial mystic, a new gorgeous friend, Emma Mildon.

Charged with creating a movement of conscious action in the world and crowned by the Huffington Post as, "a true millennial mystic leader", Emma is a spiritual activist and the international bestselling author of her book The Soul Searcher’s Handbook.

During our synergistic chitty, Emma and I discuss life, death, spirit guides and spiritual protection, with heart-expanding stories in between.

She is on a mission is to create a movement of awakened action-takers — spiritual activists who know it’s not enough to just sit on a meditation cushion worshipping selfies of headstands and smoothies. They’re ready to report for service in the art of awakened doing.

Emma has worked with and learned from medicine men, healers, psychics, authors, artists, activists, yogis throughout Europe, the Americas, Asia and the Pacific, and teaches people to love beyond boundaries.

I hope you *LOVE* this episode as much as I do.

I will remember it always.

I love you.

“I believe in kindness & karma—which could make me a Buddhist.

I believe in mystic healing & crystals’ powers—which could make me a witch.

I believe in truth, honor, & forgiveness—which could make me a Christian.

I even believe in the existence of past lives & that each & every one of us is watched over by guides from the other side—which, to some, would make me totally woo-woo squared.”
